Returns and cancellations policy
You are entitled to cancel an order within 14 days from the date of delivery, in accordance with and subject to all legal provisions, including the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law - 1981 and its regulations. You may return to us, at your own expense, new and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the product cost. If the cancellation is due to a defect or incompatibility in the product you received, please inform us. We will refund your money, or send you another product in its place - according to your choice, subject to our inspection and approval.
Information about the shipping method
The products will be sent to you within 3 working days from the date of receiving confirmation from the clearing company that payment for the purchase has been received by us. The product will be sent to you by the registered mail service of the Israel Post, and will arrive, usually, within 5-10 business days, subject to the policy and performance of the Israel Post, and force majeure constraints beyond our control.
Products are sent within 3 (three) working days (excluding Fridays, Saturdays and holidays) as of the date Tea and Lemon received the Clearing House's approval for the transaction, and will be delivered, usually up to 10 more working days, subject to and in accordance with Israel Postal Company's policies and performance and any Force Majeure as specified below.
